The Sip Social Club is based out of Nashville, TN and can accommodate most of middle-Tennessee! (depending on distance/travel fees may apply).  With an advance reservation we can accommodate lengthy travel and private air travel (additional fees apply). Feel free to contact, we will try our best to accommodate as we do not limit ourselves on how far we will go.

Full Bar service of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, crafted mocktails, beverage stations, Barista/specialty coffee service, coffee stations, Mimosa Bars, Champagne pour services, butler passed service, private tastings, champagne walls, mixers and custom products. 

Take a deep breath and exhale because we got this for you! We can help you design the perfect bar menu along with create drinks based on your liquor/flavor preferences. We offer Beer/Wine service, signature cocktails, champagne, mixer packages, mocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, specialty coffee drinks and coffee stations. We have a complimentary consultation so we can learn more details about your event and help you to choose the perfect package. 

Yes, we are equally as honored to offer non-alcoholic services for any type of event.

We always take the time to speak with our clients not only to learn about their event but also their vision so that we give you exactly what you envision. We can orchestrate from concept to design or if you already know exactly what you want, we will bring it to life!

We provide all bartending equipment and ice chest. We have several mixer/garnish/supply packages available. We also offer customized bar top menus, bar flair, bar rentals, customized products and shopping list assistance. 

We can offer cash bars and offer complete beverage catering. However, alcohol can be purchased by the client, and we can assist you through the ordering process.

Due to state liquor laws our clients are always required to provide the alcohol for the event. We can and do work closely with the event host to determine the amount of alcohol required and do offer a preferred partner that can assist you with the order of liquor, wine and beer in advance. We can help putting together the list and can even have it delivered to your event. If you decide to purchase the alcohol yourself from a local store than we can still help you with the shopping list.

Yes. Not all events are hosted at a venue, so yes we are happy to provide our services at your next house party/event.

It is crucial to have somebody with experience that is a master at their craft that can not only make great drinks but ensure people are having a good time as your bartender will be interacting with your guest for the entirety of your event. Also, a professional bartender lessens the possibility of people over-serving themselves at an open, self-serve bar. Hiring a bartender will also save you tons of money because bartenders employ industry standard portion control techniques. It also takes the stress out of the event. We make sure that everything is taken care of so you can enjoy the event as your guest are.

Standard attire is black pants, black shirt however we can dress how the host would like us to according to the event/theme. (examples; Halloween, era parties, formal, etc.)

It is strongly recommended that you book an event as far in advance as possible to ensure we are available for your event.

Each event is unique, rates will vary for a multitude of reasons along with depending on how extensive or basic your service request are. We have very competitive prices and will work with the host to stay within the budget. Feel free to contact us to get a quote!

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your event, unless otherwise discussed. The service industry relies heavily on tips and our bartenders will never directly ask for a tip. In cases where a tip jar or QR code for tipping is not appropriate or allowed, the host is responsible for the gratuity.

If your guest count has changed after booking your event, we do our best to make accommodations however make sure to let us know as soon as you find out about the change. Cut off for lowering guest count is no later than 30 days before your event. 

Yes, we carry general event insurance and liquor liability insurance along with being happy to include your venue on our COI. All of our bartenders are ABC licensed.
